HIGHPOINT CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
All Kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade are invited to join in the adventure each Wednesday from 6:45-8:15pm. Each evening the kids will "take off" to exciting locations around the world and will learn about the countries they are "visiting," but more importantly learn how to live for God 24/7. Each week there will be interactive bible lessons and lots of fun hands-on activities. Children are welcome to come and join in the fun anytime throughout the school year.

YOUTH GROUP
Youth Group meets on Wednesday nights at 7PM in the Youth House on Ford Street. Not sure where that is? Just come to Community Wesleyan Church, park in the Ford Street Parking lot, and it is the light green house right next to the parking lot!

Youth Group is for kids in grades 6 – 12. Some of our time is spent all together as a large group, but usually the main teaching time is split; junior highers (grades 6-8) are together and senior highers (grades 9-12) are together.

A typical Wednesday night starts out with a little free time so that you can hang out with your friends and get to know each other. There is ping-pong, foosball and PlayStation for year-round use, and in the warmer weather, there is volleyball, tetherball, a basketball hoop and half-court style soccer. We then move down to the lower level of the house to a large-group room where we have announcements, music and sometimes games or skits. We then split into separate junior- and senior-high groups for a Bible lesson. Each week is a little different…sometimes we watch a DVD, other times it is more of an open discussion time and still other times it is more of a traditional Bible lesson. We cover many different topics, but ultimately, we hope to help you build a faith of your own. We encourage questions, discussion and seeking out the truth through the Bible and through prayer.

Youth Sunday School Classes are also available and meet on Sunday mornings at 9:45am in the Youth House. There are three groups: Junior High Girls, Junior High Boys and Senior High Students.
